So far this week, we\u2019ve been getting an early peek at what to expect, first through the publication of some Pixel 11 CAD renders, followed by a set showing off the Pixel 11 Pro. Today we\u2019re following this path to its next logical destination, with the release of some lovely new Pixel 11 Pro XL renders.<\/p>\n

Right on schedule, Android Headlines is back with its Pixel 11 Pro XL renders. Like the rest we\u2019ve seen, these are what we call \u201cCAD renders.\u201d Instead of the sort of professional, official renders of a device the manufacturer might produce for its marketing materials, the actual images here are third-party, but have been produced based on detailed measurements of phone hardware. If all that data is good, the CAD renders should be quite accurate in terms of shape and size, although specific details and styling often involve guesswork.<\/p>\n

Once again, the biggest external change we\u2019re seeing is this new monochromatic look for the phone\u2019s camera bar, dropping the two-tone oval. And just like we saw with the earlier Pixel 11 Pro renders, this phone also appears to be dropping its infrared thermometer.<\/p>\n

At least, that\u2019s definitely what\u2019s depicted here, although we\u2019re curious just where that info\u2019s coming from, as these details feel like the sort of design elements that we wouldn\u2019t necessarily expect a CAD render in specific to get right. Nonetheless, while there\u2019s some hedging about specific colors, the source behind these renders seems reasonably confident.<\/p>\n
