\u201cI\u2019m not driving, I\u2019m a passenger in a car,\u201d she said. Carroll added that she was headed out of town on an unspecified \u201cemergency\u201d but added that she \u201cwill have my driver pull over.\u201d<\/p>\n

The judge noted Carroll\u2019s position on the left-hand side of the vehicle, the seat belt crossing her body from left to right. It certainly looked like she was in the driver\u2019s seat.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow would you be on the left-hand side if you\u2019re a passenger in the front seat? Am I missing something?<\/p>\n

\u201cRight-hand side! I\u2019m sorry, I\u2019ve been sitting in a [Zoom waiting] room, I didn\u2019t know.\u201d<\/p>\n
